Chinara Aidarbekova was born on 11 March, 1970 in Leninpol village of Talas region.
1992 graduated from Kyrgyz State University, Law faculty.
2000 graduated from the Academy of Management under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic with a Master’s Degree in «Public Administration».
1992 – 1997 Administrative commission of the Pervomaysky district Council of People’s Deputies of Bishkek city, Secretary.
1997 – 1998 State Property Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic, Chief specialist.
1998 – 1999 Legislative Assembly of the Parliament of the Kyrgyz Republic, Senior consultant.
1999 – 2006 Commercial Law Development Project (USAID), Lawyer, Senior lawyer, Senior lawyer – manager of the project.
2005 – 2007 Center of magistracy, postgraduate and other national educational programs of the Kyrgyz State Law Academy under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, Senior lecturer.

She is married, has four children.
