Aisalkyn Narynbekova was born on 1 August 1965, in Orozbekova village of Osh region.
1991 graduated from Kyrgyz State University, Law faculty.
1992-2001 Legal Department of Kadamjay antimony plant named after M.V. Frunze, in different positions (acting legal consultant, legal consultant of 2 category, head of legal Bureau, head of legal Department)
2001-2004 engaged in private advocacy
2004-2008 Batken Regional Court, Judge
2008-2013 Batken Regional Court Deputy Chairman
5/2013 appointed by the Parliament to the position of the Judge of the Constitutional Chamber
