Zhediger Saalaev was born on 27 March, 1961 in Ak Muz village of Naryn region .
1983 graduated from Kyrgyz State University, Faculty of Philology, Department of Journalism

1983 – 1988 the “Soviet Kyrgyzstan”newspaper, correspondent
1988 – 1990 Union of Theatre Workers of Kyrgyzstan, Head of dramaturgy Department.
