Karybek Duisheev was born on August 4, 1961 in Osh region, Kyrgyzstan.

1983 graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University, Faculty of Law.
1987-1989 Research assistant of the Legal Problems Sector of the Institute of Philosophy and Law of the Kyrgyz SSR.
1989 -1991 Chairman assistant, Leading legal specialist of the State Committee of the Kyrgyz SSR for Nature Protection.
1991-1994 Specialist of the first category, Minister assistant, Head of Human Resources of the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic.
1994-1996 Head of Human Resources sector of Local State Administrations Department, Local Self-government bodies and personnel work of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.
1996 Expert of the judicial sector of the Legal Department of the Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
1996-2002 Director of the Court Department of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2002-2005 Deputy Head of Department, Head of Legal Reforms Sector of Legal Department of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2005-2007 Advisor to the Chairman of the Central Election Commission on conducting referendums of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2009-2010 Expert of the expert – legal Department, Head of the personnel sector of the Office of the Ombudsman of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2010 Head of the sector for Cooperation with the Judicial Authorities of the division for the Coordination of the Activities of the Prosecutor’s office, the Financial Police and cooperation with the judicial authorities of the Provisional Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2010-2011 Head of Department for cooperation with the judicial authorities of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Head of the judiciary Department of the Apparatus of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2014-2019 Adviser on judicial reform of the International Development Law Organization (IDLO).
6/2019 appointed by the Parliament to the position of Judge of the Constitutional Chamber of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic.

He is married and has three children.
