The tasks and functions of the Department
The tasks of the Department are:
The task of the Department is to provide financial and economic support for the activities of the Constitutional Court.
To achieve this task, the Department performs the following functions:
– prepares necessary materials for budget planning for financing the activities of the Constitutional Court, fulfilling the budget estimates of the Constitutional Court, planning and submitting financial reports in accordance with the established procedure;
– accounts, including accounting of property, funds and inventory of the Constitutional Court, conducts banking operations, operations related to the movement of funds and commodity and material values of the Constitutional Court;
– implements material and technical, monetary and financial, economic and domestic support for the activities of judges and staff of the Constitutional Court;

Born on September 30, 1967 in Kok-Oy village, Talas region.
Graduated from Kyrgyz State University, Accounting in Industry and Analysis of Economic Activities faculty in 1993.
