Kuanbek Kirgizbaev was born on 10 November, 1949 in Ilich village of Chuy region.
1968 –1970 served in the Soviet Army
1977 graduated from Kyrgyz National University, Law Faculty.
1977-1978 Aravan district Department of agriculture, Senior legal consultant
April-October, 1978 Osh Regional Bar Association, Lawyer.
1978 – 1979 – Head of the legal counseling in Kokzhangak city of Jalal–Abad region.
1979 – 1982 – Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic, Consultant, Senior Editor, Senior Consultant.
1982 – 1990 – Department of Internal Affairs of Bishkek city, Senior investigator
1990 – Kalinin district court of Chui region, Judge.
1990 – 1991 – Kalinin district court of Chui region, Deputy chairman
