Erkinbek Mamyrov was born on 22 October, 1965 in Naryn city of Naryn region.
1984 -1986 served in the Soviet Army
1991 graduated from Kyrgyz State University, Law Faculty

1991 – 1995 Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic, in different positions: Specialist, Leading specialist, Senior specialist, Deputy Head of Division, Head of Preparation of Draft Laws Department.
1995 – Department of ensuring the activities of the Legislative Assembly of the Parliament of the Kyrgyz Republic, Senior consultant.
1996 – 1999 Commercial Law Development Project (USAID), National expert.
1999 – 2002 Deputy Minister of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2002 – 2005 First Deputy Minister of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic
2005 – 2007 Acting Minister of Justice, State Secretary of Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic
2007 – Deputy Permanent Representative of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in Parliament
2008 – 2010 Threshold Program of the Millennium Challenge Account, project component leader.
