Cholpon Osmonova was born on 2 September, 1959 in Bystrovka village of Chuy region.
1983 graduated from Kyrgyz State University, Law faculty
1983 – 1984 Ministry of Social service of the Kyrgyz Republic, Legal consultant
1984-1991 Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic, Consultant of the Complaints Division, Senior Consultant of the Judicial Authorities Management Department.
1991 – 1996 Sverdlovsky District Court of Bishkek city, Judge
1996 – 2002 Issyk Kul Regional Court, Judge; Deputy Chairman
2002 – 2006 Alamudun DistrictCourt, deputy Chairman
2006 – 2013 Alamudun District Court, Judge
5/2013 – appointed by the Parliament to the position of the Judge of the Constitutional Chamber
Since March 3, 2020 – Judge-secretary of the Constitutional Chamber of the Supreme court of the Kyrgyz Republic
